The purpose of this web site is to provide an online forum for sharing news and views between Americans, Europeans and others about the trans-Atlantic relationship. Now is an important time to broaden our mutual understanding. The post-Cold War world is being refashioned in much the same way the world was recalibrated following the Yalta Agreement or the Treaty of Westphalia. The next twenty years will be a watershed in global history. We have much to learn from each other.

This web site will make use of Internet technology to foster an online community for networking and dialogue between Europeans and Americans. The main feature is a "web forum" or "chat board" where multiple users can post their own news and views, and dialogue back-and-forth.
